What is your policy on late arrivals?

In general, we prefer you to be on-time for your appointments. Your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the time of arrival.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

We would appreciate at least 24-48 hours cancellation notice on any service. We recognize that emergencies do happen.

Do you provide services for children?

We welcome children as clients, however for the relaxation of yourself and other clients (and most importantly, for your child’s safety), children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon area and are asked to wait up front in the reception area.
